If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of issuance of the purchase receipt to make any change or return. In the event that the merchandise you purchased presents a defect or vice that decreases its quality or makes its use improper, you will have a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the date of issuance of the ticket to validate the corresponding exchange or return. Once we receive the returned product at our distribution center, the process of your refund will begin. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used in your purchase.
