Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is $9.95 USD.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $99 USD or more.

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

International Shipping

International Economy shipping is $19.95 USD.
Free international shipping is available on orders of $199 USD or more.

Estimated delivery time is 6–18 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

We currently ship internationally to:

Canada, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected separately at checkout and are covered by Shasa when applicable.

Customers should not be required to pay additional duties collected by Shasa upon delivery. However, additional charges resulting from customs requirements, reclassification, or other fees imposed by local authorities or carriers may apply.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also access tracking information through your Shasa account, when available.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Shasa account, visiting the “Order History” section, and clicking on the order number.
