EXCHANGES AND RETURNS​​

Once you receive your order, we want you to continue having the best experience and share your look with us on our social networks. Did you not like it or did it not have what you bought? Don't worry, we'll change it for you! ​​

WHAT ARE THE EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE?​​

We want you to be happy to receive that look that you liked so much! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of issuance of the purchase receipt to make any change or return. In the event that the merchandise you purchased presents a defect or vice that decreases its quality or makes its use improper, you will have a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the date of issuance of the ticket to validate the corresponding exchange or return. For reasons of personal hygiene, there are no exchanges or refunds on complete swimsuits or low parts of bikinis, underwear, cosmetics, earrings, piercings or items already used.​ ​

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS IN STORE OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE​ ​

You can make an exchange or return in your favorite Shasa store as long as you present your order number, purchase receipt, the merchandise in good condition, without having been used or washed, with their respective labels and in their original packaging.​ ​

In case you want to make a change remember that you can do it for the same item in another color or size, in case we still have in stock or for another item of the same price. In case you love some other higher priced item, the change can be enhanced, and you would only have to pay the price difference. We can also offer you the return of your money or a credit voucher for the value of the merchandise purchased for future purchases in any of our physical stores, which will be valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days from its date of issue. ​ ​

HOME RETURNS OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE​ ​

In case you do not have a physical Shasa store near your home and prefer to make the return from your home, we ask you to contact our customer service team by email: customerservice@shasa.com  or by the phone 800-7074272 who will help you in the process of collecting the merchandise you want to return.​ ​​

Our customer service team will ask you to provide your order number and evidence that the product or merchandise meets the conditions of return. Once this is accredited, we will schedule the collection of the package at your home with the courier in charge, we will send you the guide number that you must print and put in the package of the product or merchandise to be returned. Remember that you must pack the product correctly to avoid any mishap with the package.​ ​

Once we receive the returned product at our distribution center, the process of your refund will begin. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used in your purchase. The refund must be reflected on your statement within a maximum period of 30 business days.​​
