If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of issuance of the purchase receipt to make any change or return. In the event that the merchandise you purchased presents a defect or vice that decreases its quality or makes its use improper, you will have a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the date of issuance of the ticket to validate the corresponding exchange or return. For reasons of personal hygiene, there are no exchanges or refunds on complete swimsuits or low parts of bikinis and underwear.    We ask you to contact our customer service team by email: [email protected] who will help you in the process of collecting the merchandise you want to return.   Once we receive the returned product at our distribution center, the process of your refund will begin. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used in your purchase. The refund must be reflected on your statement within a maximum period of 30 business days.
