For reasons of personal hygiene, there are no exchanges or refunds on complete swimsuits or low parts of bikinis and underwear.    We ask you to contact our customer service team by email: contact@shasa.com who will help you in the process of collecting the merchandise you want to return.   Once we receive the returned product at our distribution center, the process of your refund will begin.
