Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. No refund will be issued for unapproved returns.

Return Shipping

U.S. Orders: A $5.99 USD flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when a Shasa return shipping label is provided.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We may request 1–2 photos of the item to evaluate damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims.

If the issue is confirmed, Shasa will provide the appropriate resolution at no additional return shipping cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or other applicable reasons. Please contact us if you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item.

Gift cards and items specifically marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return the item you have and place a new order.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to exceptions provided by applicable law.

This statutory right is separate from Shasa’s standard 30-day return policy.

For eligible withdrawals, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery as required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this has been disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when the return results from an error by Shasa.
