Your satisfaction is our priority!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date to make any returns. We do not offer exchanges unless you receive the wrong order, damaged, or defective items.

In the event that the merchandise you purchased arrives defected, damaged, or missing items, you will have a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the date of issuance of the ticket to validate the corresponding exchange or return.

There are no exchanges or refunds for swimsuits or bikinis and underwear. No exceptions.

Once we receive the returned product at our distribution center, the process of your refund will begin. The amount will be refunded with a $2.95 reduction for return fees, to the same payment method used in your purchase. The refund should be reflected on your statement within a maximum period of 30 business days.

 Return Specifications:

  • Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, with their original tags intact and attached to the product.
  • No refund will be issued if the product has been worn, used, washed, or damaged;  therefore, products must be handled with care while in the customer's possession.
  • Products must include their original packaging, user instructions (if applicable), or any other accompanying documents or accessories.
  • Shasa reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product for any defects or hidden flaws. After the examination, the User will be informed whether they are eligible for a refund based on the specifications outlined in this paragraph.

Failure to comply with the above conditions will prevent Shasa from considering the withdrawal of the purchase.

In case of withdrawal, regardless of the reason, Shasa and the User may reach an agreement regarding the return, always prioritizing the User's satisfaction and maintaining a good relationship, in accordance with
internal best practices or market standards similar to Shasa. If an agreement is not reached, the User may request a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
